What you'll work on here
- Leading the technical side of a client engagement, in practice as the technical half of their Chief AI Officer
- Running kickoff weeks on site: connecting the client's systems to the company brain and turning the ranked opportunities from our diagnostic into a build plan
- Building agents, MCP servers, skills and integrations inside the client's systems, in finance, sales, support, HR and engineering, that the client's people use every day
- Working with function heads and the CEO's team so that results show up every month, and flagging where else in the client we could help
- Feeding the product: anything you build twice becomes part of the platform
What you bring to the table
- You have been applying AI at companies before as an internal automations lead or FDE.
- You are a strong engineer who has led technical delivery for demanding customers, as a founder or CTO, a forward deployed or solutions engineer, or an engineering lead
- You can explain an architecture to a CTO and a trade-off to a CFO on the same day
- You get things done inside a large client where nobody owes you access, data or time
- You have built a function or a client practice from nothing, not taken over a running one
- You can carry one or two clients at a time and travel for kickoffs and key moments

Today a handful of people carry all client work, and every client is a multi-year relationship with direct access to the CEO and the executive team. You will be one of the first forward deployed engineers, so the playbook, the tooling and the way this function works will be shaped by you.
You will not be building one-off projects. What you build at a client runs on our platform, and the patterns you find become product, so your work at one client makes the next one faster.
This is the first of several forward deployed hires, and there is room to lead the function as it grows.
