Our Role
When you visit our website, contact us, apply for a role, or otherwise interact directly with Codos, we generally act as the controller of your personal information.
When Codos processes data provided by or connected by an enterprise customer, we generally act as a processor or service provider on behalf of that customer. The customer controls how that data is used, subject to its agreement with Codos.
Information We Collect

- Information submitted through forms, emails, meetings, applications, or support requests.
- Device, browser, IP address, referral source, usage, and diagnostic information.

- Customer Data processed through the Codos services, including documents, messages, connected-system data, prompts, outputs, interview recordings, transcripts, organizational information, and usage logs.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our public website unless we have specifically requested it.
How We Use Information

Artificial Intelligence and Customer Data
Codos does not sell Customer Data.
Codos does not use Customer Data to train general-purpose or shared artificial intelligence models.
We may use artificial intelligence service providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to process Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the services. These providers act as service providers or subprocessors to Codos.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to operate, secure, analyze, and improve our services, provided that the information does not reasonably identify a customer or individual.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to:
- Cloud hosting, infrastructure, security, and monitoring providers.
- Artificial intelligence providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Analytics, communications, scheduling, and business software providers.
- Professional advisers, including lawyers and accountants.
- Government authorities where required by law.
- A buyer, investor, successor, or other party involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
