Codos products, diagnostics, pilots, software, professional services, and customer deployments are governed by separate agreements, such as an order form, master services agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement, or other written contract.
If these Terms conflict with a separate agreement between you or your organization and Codos, the separate agreement controls.
