Introducing Codos — an a16z speedrun company
We are building AI-transformation-as-software to turn enterprise AI investment into measurable results.

Excited to announce that Gleb Sidora and I are starting Codos, AI-transformation-as-software, backed by a16z speedrun.
The average organization is struggling to see impact from AI. They lack infrastructure to run self-improving agents and can't get employees to become AI-native.
Our customers are not satisfied with this. They treat AI transformation as existential, and want to hit their AI bottom-line impact goals months ahead of schedule.
That's why our team from McKinsey, Meta and Tesla is building Codos.
Our secret sauce is that we run the transformation end-to-end as software - from AI agents interviewing employees, to an on-prem company brain that gives the C-suite full transparency into the organization, to AI FDEs running automation cycles across every function.
Our vision is to enable self-evolving organizations. Personally, I believe that decades of experience shared by Gleb and me have led us to this point, where we can help shape the future of the economy. I couldn’t feel more fulfilled.
If you need help - email founders@codos.ai, we'd love to chat.
